  • Your first session is a chance for us to talk through your goals and challenges. I’ll explain how life coaching works and answer your questions. Together we’ll decide the best way forward so you feel clear and confident about the process.

  • Yes — I offer a short introductory call so you can get a feel for my approach and decide if wellbeing coaching is the right fit for you.

  • Each session lasts around 50 minutes, either online (Zoom) or in person. This gives you focused time to reflect, gain insight, and leave with practical steps you can apply straight away.

  • Every client is different. Some notice positive changes after 3–6 sessions, while others choose longer-term support for resilience, personal growth, and ongoing emotional wellbeing. We’ll tailor the plan to your needs.

  • Yes — All my coaching sessions are virtual, clients choosing this method for convenience and flexibility. This makes life coaching accessible wherever you are.

  • I work with adults of all ages and teenagers who want to build confidence, resilience, and emotional wellbeing. Whether you’re facing stress, anxiety, or low self-esteem, or simply want to grow and achieve more balance, coaching can help.

  • Yes — everything we discuss remains private. The only exception is if I’m legally required to act for safety reasons (e.g., risk of harm). Further information is provided in my T&C’s.
